Hourly or daily bookings

Each snowmobile has an hourly or daily price. Pick the start and end and the amount is calculated automatically; a snowmobile that is already booked cannot be booked twice for the same slot.

Seasonal rates

Set different prices for busy periods (holidays, peak season) and Flotway applies the right rate based on the rental dates.

Photo check-in and check-out

At departure and return, the machine's condition is recorded on a phone with dated photos and the customer's signature. If there is damage, you know who had the snowmobile.

Deposits, down payments and signed agreement

Security deposit, down payment and balance are recorded on every rental. The agreement uses your own terms and the customer signs it on screen before leaving.

Maintenance and insurance

Schedule services and get an alert before each maintenance or insurance due date. A snowmobile under repair can be blocked so it is not rented out. Registration numbers are optional: a serial number is enough.

Pricing: three plans, 5 to 50 vehicles included

In Canada: Essential at 19.99 CAD per month (5 vehicles included), Pro at 39.99 CAD (20 vehicles, with the online booking page) or Business at 79.99 CAD (50 vehicles). Same amounts in USD in the US and EUR in Europe. Beyond that, each extra vehicle costs 2 to 5 per month depending on the plan, prorated. Snowmobiles, ATVs and cars are managed in the same account. 30-day free trial, no commitment.

Can I rent snowmobiles by the hour?

Yes. Prices can be hourly or daily, and the amount is calculated from the start and end times.

Can I also manage ATVs or cars?

Yes. Each vehicle has its type (snowmobile, motorbike / quad, car, van…) and your fleet can be filtered by type.

Can I add a snowmobile without a registration number?

Yes. Registration is optional: a serial number or internal number is enough.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Flotway runs in the browser on your phone or computer.
