Jet ski and boat rental software

Jet ski rental software for beach and marina rental businesses

At the beach, rentals run by the hour and the season is short. Flotway shows which machine is free, calculates the hourly price and keeps a record of each jet ski's condition at departure and return.

Hourly bookings

Each jet ski or boat has an hourly or daily price. Pick the start and end time and the amount is calculated automatically.

Tracked in engine hours

For jet skis and boats, engine time is what matters. The meter is recorded in hours at departure and return, and registration numbers are optional.

Engine-hour meter
Fuel level at departure and return
Dated photos of the hull and machine

Deposits and on-site payments

Security deposit, down payment and balance are recorded on every rental, and the amount due stays current even when customers come one after another.

Agreement and waiver signed on a phone

Your rental terms are filled in automatically and signed by the customer on screen before departure.

Pre-season maintenance

Schedule services and get an alert before each due date. A machine under repair can be blocked so it is not rented out.

Are boats supported?

Yes. Jet skis and boats share the same type, tracked in engine hours.

Can I block a machine under repair?
