For equipment, kilometres do not matter. Flotway records the engine-hour meter at pick-up and return, and plates are optional: a serial number is enough for unplated machines.

Hourly, daily and seasonal pricing

Give each machine an hourly or daily price. The rental amount is calculated automatically from the dates and times, and seasonal rates apply on their own during busy periods.

Know what goes out and what comes back

The calendar shows free and booked days for every machine, and a 7-day planner lists all pick-ups and returns. A machine in the workshop can be blocked for a period so it is never booked by mistake.

Write your rental terms once; Flotway fills them in for each client and machine. The agreement is signed on a phone or tablet.

Yes. Each machine can have an hourly or daily price, and the amount is calculated automatically.

My machines have no licence plate. Is that a problem?

No. Plates are optional; a serial number is enough.

Yes. Every vehicle has a type and your fleet can be filtered by type.
